1. Application of pressure sensors in weighing systems
Pressure sensing technology is increasingly used in commercial weighing systems for industrial control technology. In many pressure control processes, it is often necessary to collect the pressure signal and convert it into an electrical signal that can be automatically controlled. Pressure control devices made from pressure sensors are often referred to as electronic weighing systems.
Electronic weighing systems are becoming increasingly important as tools for the in-line control of material flows in various industrial processes. Electronic weighing systems not only optimise production and improve product quality in the production process, but also collect data about the material flow in the production process and transmit it to data processing centres for online inventory control and financial settlement.
2. Application of pressure sensors in the petrochemical industry
Pressure sensors are one of the common measuring devices used in automatic control in the petrochemical industry. In large chemical projects, almost all pressure sensor applications are included: differential pressure, pressure, gauge pressure, high pressure, slight differential pressure, high temperature, low temperature and remote flange pressure sensors in various materials and special treatments.
The requirements for pressure sensors in the petrochemical industry are focused on three main areas: reliability, stability and high accuracy. Among them, reliability and many other requirements (such as regulation ratio, bus type, etc.) depend on the structural design of the transmitter, the level of mechanical processing and construction materials, the stability and high accuracy of the pressure transmitter is mainly ensured by the stability and measurement accuracy of the pressure sensor.
3. Pressure sensors in the application of water treatment
The pressure sensor converts pressure into an electrical signal output, and the electrical signal of pressure can also be used to measure the level of a static fluid, and therefore can be used to measure the level of the liquid. The sensitive element of the pressure sensor consists mainly of a silicon cup sensitive element, silicon oil, isolation diaphragm and air tube.
The measured medium pressure P is transferred to one side of the silicon cup element via the isolation diaphragm and the silicon oil, and the atmospheric reference pressure po acts via the gas tube. On the other side of the silicon cup element, the cup component is a cup-shaped monocrystalline silicon wafer with a very thin bottom. The bottom diaphragm of the cup is elastically deformed by a very small displacement under pressures P and Po. Monocrystalline silicon is the ideal elastomer. Its deformation is proportional to the pressure and has good recovery properties.
4. Application of pressure sensors in the medical industry
