Dynamic torque transducers are primarily used to measure the force, i.e. torque, of locking screws. The measured data is the screw tightening force and therefore the locking screw device used for the selection of the dynamic torque sensor is critical.
1. Dynamic torque transducers of small volume and small size structure type are generally used. This is because it has limited installation space resulting in certain requirements for the size of the dynamic torque transducer.
2. In the selection of dynamic torque sensors, the sensor selection range is also selective, due to the different specifications of the screws, the rated torque of each screw is bound to be different, small screws and screws torque range can be used in the range of 0 ~ 0.1 nm, large hexagonal screws can also reach the range of 10 nm or more.
