1. If the pressure rises, the transmitter output will not rise
In this case, first check whether the pressure sensor pressure interface is leaking or blocked; if not, check the connection mode and power supply; if the power supply is normal, just pressurize to see if the output changes, or check whether the sensor zero position output; if there is no change, the sensor has been damaged, which may be caused by damage to the instrument or other links in the whole system.
2. Problems with the pressure transmitter seal
The pressure transmitter output remains unchanged, and then the pressure transmitter output suddenly changes and the pressure release transmitter zero position cannot go back, which may be a problem with the pressure sensor seal.
Usually, due to the different specifications of the seal ring, tighten the seal ring will be pressed into the pressure inlet of the sensor, blocking the sensor, the pressure medium can not enter when pressurized, but when the pressure is high the seal ring will suddenly open, the pressure sensor will change due to pressure. The best way to eliminate this fault is to remove the sensor and check directly if the zero position is normal. If the zero position is normal, replace the seal and retry.
3. The transmitter output signal is unstable
The problem with this fault is that it is a pressure source. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, most likely because the instrument or pressure sensor is not very resistant to interference, the sensor itself vibrates severely, and the sensor fails;
4. The comparison between the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge deviates greatly
Deviation is a normal phenomenon, just need to confirm the normal range of deviation; the last easy failure is the impact of the installation position of the micro differential pressure transmitter on the zero output, due to the small measurement range of the micro differential pressure transmitter, the sensor element in the transmitter will affect the output of the micro differential pressure transmitter.
When installed, the pressure sensitive part of the transmitter should be axially perpendicular to the direction of gravity, and after installation and fixing, the zero position of the transmitter should be adjusted to the standard value.
