At present, intelligent robots have become one of the research hotspots worldwide and are an important indicator of a country's industrialization level. As labor costs rise in China, automation will bring benefits to companies.
In addition to heavy machining tasks, small parts assembly tasks that originally relied on finger touch, such as cell phone or computer assembly lines, can also be given touch by adding sextant sensors to help humans complete these tasks independently, which will greatly improve productivity.
Robots with sextant sensors that have touch will become more powerful, and they will be able to do more complex, boring or dangerous tasks that should be done by humans. Businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, will continue to benefit from this.
The use of six-component sensors, often called six-component force sensors and six-dimensional moment sensors (consisting of a three-axis accelerator and a three-axis helical instrument), is mainly done by the three-axis gas pedal XYZ:
(1) The triaxial accelerator first detects lateral acceleration, and then detects angular rotation and balance.
(2) The triaxial accelerator is used to sense XYZ (three directions in three-dimensional space, front, back, left, right, up and down) axial acceleration. For example, if psp2 is suddenly pushed forward, psp2 will know that you are accelerating forward, thus achieving a racing car-like acceleration operation.
(3) Three-axis gyroscope senses *roll (left and right tilt), pitch (forward and backward tilt) and yaw (left and right sway) dynamic information.
The six-component sensors are widely used in operations such as remote-controlled robots, robotic surgery, robotic arm research, finger force, precision assembly, automatic grinding, contour tracking, hand coordination, zero-force demonstrations, and in the aviation, aerospace and machining, and automotive industries.
