Pneumatic balances include mechanical balances, strain gage balances and magnetic suspension balances, and are divided into single fraction balances, six fraction balances, five fraction balances, four fraction balances and three fraction balances according to the measured fractional forces. This paper presents the study of a six-component balance for robotic air-drop experiments.
