1. Non-linear error: This is a factor that has very little effect on the initial error of a pressure sensor. The cause of the error is the physical non-linearity of the silicon chip, but for sensors with amplifiers, this should also include the non-linearity of the amplifier, and the linearity error curve can be either a concave or convex curve force gauge.
2. Offset error: Since the vertical offset of the pressure transducer remains constant over the entire pressure range, diffusion variations in the transducer and laser adjustment corrections will produce offset errors.
3. Sensitivity error: The magnitude of the error is proportional to the pressure. If the sensitivity of the device is higher than the typical value, then the sensitivity error will be an increasing function of the pressure. If the sensitivity is lower than the typical value, then the sensitivity error will be a decreasing function of pressure, the reason for this error is the change in the diffusion process.
4. Hysteresis error: In most cases, the hysteresis error of a pressure sensor can be completely negligible because the silicon chip has a very high mechanical stiffness. Usually, only hysteresis errors need to be considered when the pressure varies considerably.
The four errors in pressure sensors are unavoidable and we can only reduce these by choosing high precision production equipment and using high technology, and also by calibrating the errors at the factory and trying to reduce them as much as possible. Therefore it is not necessary to care too much when using them, but to reduce these errors as much as possible.
