Dynamic torque transducer installation requirements:
1. Measure the shaft diameter and centre height of the dynamic torque transducer.
2. Use two sets of couplings to mount the torque transducer between the power supply and the load.
3. The sensors can be connected by rigid or flexible couplings. When the vibration is high and the concentricity is less than 0.2mm and more than 0.05mm, it is recommended to use flexible couplings and motor torque sensors. When the coaxiality is greater than 0.2mm, it is strictly forbidden to use.
4. The power supply and load equipment of the dynamic torque sensor must be fixed and reliable to avoid vibration.
5. Securely fix the base of the torque signal transducer to the base of the equipment to avoid bending moments.
6. Whether the standard transducer is mounted horizontally or vertically, do not allow the transducer to be subjected to excessive axial forces and bending moments, as this may affect the use of the transducer and cause damage to the manufacturer of the motor torque transducer.
7. Before installation, please read the product manual accompanying the dynamic torque sensor carefully.
