The environment causes several effects on the tensile pressure transducer:
1, the high temperature environment on the pull pressure sensor caused by the coating material melting, welding joints open, the internal stress of the elastomer occurred structural changes and other problems. For high-temperature environment working pressure sensors often use high-temperature sensors; in addition, must be added insulation, water cooling or air cooling devices.
2, dust, moisture on the tension sensor caused by short-circuit impact. In this environmental conditions should be selected with a very high sealing sensor. Different sensors are sealed in different ways, and their hermeticity varies greatly. Common seals are sealant-filled or coated; rubber gasket mechanical fastening seal; welding (argon arc welding, iso-ion beam welding) and vacuum filling nitrogen seal.
From the point of view of sealing results, welding seals are excellent and filling and coating sealants are very poor. For indoor clean, dry environment working sensors, you can choose the rubber coated sealed sensors, and for some sensors working in a humid, dusty environment, you should choose the diaphragm heat jacket seal or diaphragm welding seal, vacuum filling nitrogen sensors.
3, in the more corrosive environment, such as moisture, acidic pull pressure sensor caused by elastomer damage or short circuit and other effects, you should choose the outer surface of the spraying or stainless steel cover, good corrosion resistance and good sealing sensor.
4, the impact of electromagnetic fields on the sensor output disorder signal. In this case, the shielding of the pressure sensor should be strictly checked to see if it has good electromagnetic resistance.
5, flammable, explosive not only to the pulling pressure sensor caused complete damage, but also to other equipment and personal safety caused by a great threat. Therefore, in the flammable, explosive environment of the tension sensor work on the explosion-proof performance of higher requirements: in the flammable, explosive environment must be used explosion-proof sensor, the sealed cover of this sensor should not only consider its airtightness, but also take into account the explosion-proof strength, as well as the cable lead to the waterproof, moisture-proof, explosion-proof.
