The sensor is very important in life, so its installation is also very important, so how to install the piezoelectric sensor correctly?
One, the correct installation method
Usually, damage to a high temperature melt pressure sensor is caused by its incorrect mounting position. If the sensor is forcibly installed in a hole that is too small or irregularly shaped, it may result in shock and damage to the sensor's vibrating membrane. Choosing the right tool to machine the mounting hole is beneficial for controlling the mounting size hole.
In addition, a suitable mounting torque helps to create a good seal. However, if the mounting torque is too high, it can easily cause the high temperature melt pressure sensor to slip out of place. To prevent this, it is usually advisable to mount the piezoelectric sensor on the threaded portion of the anti-slipping compound prior to
(1) Use appropriate instrumentation to verify the frequency response values of the pressure transducer at normal atmospheric pressure and standard temperature conditions.
(2) Verify the correctness of the pressure transducer code and the corresponding frequency response signal.
(ii) Determine the specific mounting location
In order to determine the number of piezoelectric transducers and the specific mounting position, it is necessary to consider each inflatable part of the inflatable network.
(1) The pressure transducers must be installed along the cables and at the cable joints.
(2) Each cable is equipped with no less than 4 pressure sensors and the two piezoelectric sensors close to the telephone office should not be located at a distance of 200m from each other.
(3) One shall be installed at the beginning and one at the end of each cable.
(4) One branch point shall be installed for each cable. If two branch points are close together (less than 100 m), only one branch point should be installed.
(5) The cable laying method (overhead, underground) should be installed at a more distant location
(6) For cables without branches, the pressure sensor should be installed at a distance of not less than 500 m and the total number should not be less than 4.
(7) In order to facilitate the identification of the failure point of the pressure sensor, in addition to the installation of the pressure sensor at the starting point, another sensor must be installed at a distance of 150 to 200m from the starting point. Of course, economic and technical factors must be considered in the design of the location where the pressure sensor is located and should not be installed.
Third, check the size of the mounting hole
If the mounting hole is not the right size, the threaded part of the high temperature melt piezoelectric sensor will easily wear during installation, which will not only affect the sealing performance of the device, but will also prevent the sensor from being adequately sealed and may even lead to safety hazards.
Only suitable mounting holes can prevent thread wear (industry standard for threads 1 / 2 - 20 UNF2B) and can usually be checked using a mounting hole measuring instrument for proper adjustment.
