(Summary description)Pressure sensor is the piezoresistive operating principle used in the pressure apparatus and force sensor, the sensor is installed in accordance with a certain design structure or regulations. The change in phase difference before and after the pressure is transformed into a change in the sensor's built-in pressure-sensitive element, and then the output deformation generates a weak signal through the pressure-sensitive element for modulation processing, or further output an analog or digital signal through analog-to-digital conversion and chip arithmetic processing.

The working principle of differential pressure sensor: the two pressures of the measured medium in the pressure transmitter are introduced into the high-pressure and low-pressure chambers and act on both sides of the component (i.e., the sensitive part). On the isolation diaphragm, the gasket and the filled liquid in the component are delivered to both sides of the measuring diaphragm.
The main difference between the two types of sensors is: differential pressure sensors, which measure the difference between two points (absolute pressure); and pressure sensors, which side point pressure values (gauge pressure). It is a conceptual matter that a differential pressure sensor is a manifestation of a pressure sensor.
Both differential pressure sensors and pressure sensors refer to the differential pressure output signal at both ends of the object to be measured. Depending on the measurement reference point, they can be divided into three types: gauge pressure, differential pressure and absolute pressure. Differential pressure sensor is a kind of pressure sensor.
1. Different measurement parameters: differential pressure sensors measure the relative pressure, i.e., the pressure difference between two parts. Pressure sensors measure the absolute pressure.
2. Different interfaces: differential pressure sensors have two input nozzles for connecting two measurement points; pressure sensors have only one connection nozzle.
3. Differential pressure: the difference between the two measured pressures acting on either side of the sensor. Any measurement requires a comparison of the pressure and flow detection on the two pressure conduit ports of the sensor.
